Can Eevee evolve without a stone Legends: Arceus?
In this game, Eevee can evolve using the Leaf Stone or Icy Stone. However, it's best to evolve it using one of the locations instead so that you can use the stones for other Pokemon.
Eevee evolves into one of three Pokémon, depending on what stone is used on it: Using a Fire Stone will yield Flareon, the Flame Pokémon. A Water Stone yields Vaporeon, the Bubble Jet Pokémon. A Thunder Stone yields Jolteon, the Lightning Pokémon.
If Eevee knew a Fairy-type move, it would always evolve into Sylveon. If it didn't know a Fairy-type move, it would evolve into either Espeon or Sylveon depending on the time of day. By default, Eevee naturally learns only one Fairy-type move – Baby Doll Eyes – in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Here's how it's done, if you haven't already guessed it: Use a Fire Stone on Eevee to evolve it into Fire-type Flareon. Use a Water Stone on Eevee to evolve into Water-type Vaporeon. Use a Thunder Stone on Eevee to evolve into Electric-type Jolteon.
Eevee has no level requirements for evolution. Sylveon: Level up once with high friendship and it must know at least one Fairy-type move. Evolve Eevee as soon as you can.
However, players have discovered a trick that allows you to target any of Sylveon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Umbreon, Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporeon by using one of the following Eevee names: Rename Eevee as Kira to evolve into fairy-type Sylveon. Rename Eevee as Linnea to evolve into leaf-type Leafeon.
One of the easiest ways to get Umbreon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is by catching an Eevee in the Obsidian Fieldlands early and increasing its friendship. Once Eevee's friendship is high enough, players will be able to evolve Eevee into Umbreon, but only at night.
Sylveon is by far the hardest, but the rest can be replicated without too much trouble.
Vaporeon has the highest HP of any of Eevee's Evolutions and has an impressive Special Attack stat to go with it. Many Water-type Pokémon share these qualities, so it's Vaporeon's capability to learn some interesting support moves that sets it apart from other Pokémon of its type.

Both the goth and mystical versions of Eevee are evolved in the same way. You need to level up Eevee with max happiness, doing this during the day gives you Espeon, and at night it's Umbreon.
It is also one of the slowest Eevee evolutions, which is hurt by this fact. Glaceon needs to be the first in combat to land a move, but its speed makes it unlikely to happen. Making Glaceon the weakest Eevee Evolution.
You can evolve an Eevee into an Espeon (psychic), Umbreon (dark type), Flareon (a fire type), a Vaporeon (a water type) or a Jolteon (an electric type) just by changing your Eevee's name.

However, the downside is that this particular Pokémon is part of the end-game content, and players will only be able to acquire Eevee once they've completed most of the game's main story.
Sylveon is feline, not canine.
Does Eevee have a brother?
The Eevee brothers are four Pokémon Trainers from the Pokémon anime; the signature Pokémon of the three eldest are the Eeveelutions that existed at the time. They made their appearance as characters of the day in The Battling Eevee Brothers. Rainer, Sparky, and Pyro appear to be the same age, possibly triplets.
Eevee are a mix of rabbit, cat, and fox. It's a common misconception that they're only foxes based on their fox-like tails, but their rabbit-like ears and short round face disprove this.

This becomes less apparent when the object is thicker or if the object the shadow is cast on has a darker color.

4/5 Sylveon
Clefable provides a solid option, but the pick of the bunch is undoubtedly Sylveon. The latest Eeveelution has a hugely impressive Special Defense Stat and can hit pretty hard with moves like Dazzling Gleam and Hyper Beam too thanks to its 110 Special Attack stat.
Most of Eevee's evolutions require an evolution stone, which is one of the easiest methods for getting the upgraded creature you want. Stones can be found here. All the evolutions are in Arceus, and we've got a list of how to obtain them all. You can first find Eevee in the Obsidian Fieldlands (Horseshoe Plains). In addition to finding them rarely in the overworld, Space-Time Distortions increase the chances of finding Eevee significantly.
How do you trade evolve alone?
Go to Jubilife Village and head north of the map just past the Galaxy Building. Walk up to the Trading Post and talk to the NPC. Select “I want items.” The vendor sells all evolution items for trade-exclusive 'mon, including the brand new Linking Cable.
You don't. There is no way to evolve a Kadabra, Haunter, Onix, etc. in any of the core Pokémon games without involving some kind of trade, and it's one of the things that Pokémon desperately needs to fix.
Some Pokemon that can only evolve through trade also had to be holding a special item before they were exchanged between two players. For Pokemon like Kadabra and Machoke, Pokemon Legends: Arceus has made it possible to evolve without having to trade.
Umbreon: Level up Eevee at night when its Friendship is high enough. Espeon: Level up Eevee during the day when its Friendship is high enough.
